Photographers started in the 19th century as painters. Photographs were an imitation of painting, that showed artistic paintings. Through out the time photographs had finally been caught up with sharp and up to date. Life Magazine showed people about the outdoors, it would let them know what was going on around the world. In the 1900 the Kodak Company had a hand held camera called Brownie. Photographers would now take pictures of birthdays and family events.
